Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mimarr (the "Service"), operated by Mimarr ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and the workspaces you administer.

2. Subscription plans and billing

Mimarr offers Starter, Studio, and Firm plans, billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings — changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the projects, client records, budgets, and files you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and the teammates and clients you invite.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate others' rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or accounts.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service's availability.

5. Client portal & guest access

If you invite clients or guests into scoped portal access, you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that project information with them.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it's permanently deleted.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mimarr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
